About The Founder

About The Founder

Debra W. McAlpine is the President TAMAH LLC. She has over twenty (20) years of experience working with at - risk families and children with an outlook to preserve family unity as an agent to promote positive reunification. She has diligently worked with young people and their families, providing intervention services and programs including tutoring, mentoring, resource training and support.

Debra has developed a comprehensive program of strategies and interventions that scaffold families and children, specifically children identified with learning/developmental challenges. She continues to sit at the forefront of the movement toward family-based learning interventions and services and takes the lead in change management for vulnerable families and their children.
